The sheer number of colleges and universities present in this culturally inclined nation will definitely give a boost. Whatever your penchant or requirement might be; Nepal is sure to top the list of obligations.
The international standard of quality teaching, huge infrastructure, presence of ace experienced faculties, apt and rewarding placement opportunities and chances to procure scholarships in Nepal and education loans in Nepal are some of the reasons why students from all across the globe choose Nepal as their study destination. The level of exposure to diverse and multi ethnic culture also acts as a major driving force for a majority of the foreign students opting to study in Nepal.they are not busy finishing assignments or on weekends. The unity in diversity in this incredible nation will surely make a student’s life worth it all.
Apart from the fact that the natives are very people friendly and hospitable which of course, runs in the bloodstream of every Nepalese, Nepal also boasts of some excellent extra-curricular activities which students can indulge in when they are not busy finishing assignments or on weekends. The unity in diversity in this incredible nation will surely make a student’s life worth it all.Apart from the accommodation facilities provided by the institutions, students can also opt for outside ccommodation alternatives which can be wallet friendly. An array of services accessible gets a student into a comfortable life at a campus. This developing country also proffers a lot when it comes for you to hang around on weekends as Nepal is counted amid the most sought after tourist destination in the world map.The miscellany in the geographical diversities offers an ambient milieu for scholars eying to study in Nepal. Some of the most sought after courses when one chooses to study in Nepal are: - arts, B.ed, BBA, Finance,Hotel Management,, MBA, computer, designing, beauty, engineering, literature, interior designing, multimedia, online, part time, distance courses and of course the most sought after field is medicine as the pick of the day among the majority of students.
Being a successful college student is significantly different from being a successful high school student, and it does not matter if you go directly from high school into college or if you are returning to school after some years of working. There are skills necessary for adult education, skills which, while helpful in high school, do not really become critical until you are continuing your education as a collegian. The difference between secondary education and college education can be partially explained by the need to balance your schooling with other demands upon your time, your energy, and your time. Even if you worked in high school, such work was in addition to your schooling, but if you are attending school as a college student you need to balance work, and other forces, with your schooling.
The other major difference between secondary education and college education is the difference in expectations, both by yourself and by your instructors. In high school, your teachers were willing to accept excuses; you were, in their eyes, a person developing your personality and skills. However, in adult education, you are assumed to have developed your life skills, your studying skills, and your classroom skills. While the instructor is willing to help you improve, you are assumed to be responsible for your capabilities. Attitudes and principles necessary to learn as a student.
One of the areas in which you need to have a developed capability is in your attitudes. The adolescent attitudes of high school are no longeracceptable, and your instructors are going to assume that you have the attitudes and principles necessary to learn as a student.Ibelief that you will find a way. Without this belief, you will become overwhelmed, and will very likely quit your schooling.I very carefully did not use the word tolerant, although tolerance can be a valuable attitude. However, you must be an open book to the process of education. This means you must accept two premises which many people find hard:first, you must accept that your instructor knows more than you do, and second, you must accept the fact that you will (occasionally) be wrong. The first premise means that you need to listen to your instructor in the class; it does not mean that the instructor is better than you, only that they know more about the subject of the class than you do. The second remise is necessary for you to learn new things; as the saying goes, before you can be great you must be good, and before you can be good you must be terrible. Accept this premise, and learn from your mistakes. The final absolutely required attitude for college educ. The work of education cannot be done overnight, which is likely how you got through high school. The adult class will meet once or twice a week, and the assignments are designed to fill in that gap. Action is the overcoming of inapt anxiety.
This means that it is likely the assignments will take more than one study session to complete. The result of this premise is a need for planning and prioritizing, which are discussed elsewhere. Putting off the work of the class is a no-no, for it is likely that you will not complete the assignment if you do so. The typical rule is that there will 1 hour of work outside of the class for every credit the class is worth every week.It has been observed that most of the students who have not completed their program of study have done so because of lack of the right attitude. The right attitude is worthy of further exploration, and they are linked to other attitudes that will improve chances of success.
Developing the attitude is well worth the effortand taking a chance can lead to its improvement. That is the best benefit of being human. In order to successfully complete a college degree, you need to be focused in your studies. The factors essential for the success of a student are self confidence and determination.Devote sufficient time to academics so that you are in constant touch with your subject. This doesn’t mean extracurricular activities are a ‘no-no, as you know ‘All work and no play makes Jack a dullboy’! Make it a point to attend all lectures because what is heard in class is precious and no amount of studying can match those meaningful lectures.Take good care of your belongings especially your notes and books. Think of all the effort you’ll have to put in if they get lost.Make sure you complete all assignments on time.
Don’t get into a situation wherein you are fined for late submission This will affect your marks and create a slack image of you.Do not hesitate to clarify the smallest of doubts with your teachers because when you are uncertain about certain issues, your performance dwindles. It’s important to develop good communication skill both written and oral in order to express your ideas to fellow students as well as teachers as well as answer tests and exams properly and flawlessly. Reading ability is something which needs to be fostered or developed. Consider taking a tutorial class if you find yourself lacking in this area.
The academic world has undergone tremendous change in the past few decades. It is no more restricted to mugging up college notes and reference from prescribed texts alone. Today, computers and Internet have opened out a new world of research and discovery where students have to take time out to browse and find more content on the lessons taken in the class. There are so many institutions that allow laptop computers into the classroomComputers shouldn’t hamper thinking abilities of a student.
A student should be able to train thoughts in finding logical answers to questions raised and opine clearly in debates and group discussionsA student’s success depends upon objective construction of theories in case of development of thesis. Nothing is gained out of copying from others’ work.Once college you get the art of studying understood and being able to learn new subjects effectively maybe you want to tackle some courses.

Microsoft offers Bing SDK for iPhone, Mac

San Francisco -
Microsoft is offering an open source software development kit linking the company's Bing search engine to Apple's iPhone and Mac systems, according to a Bing community blog post on Thursday.

The SDK enables querying of Bing from within Cocoa or Cocoa Touch applications. Cocoa features Apple's frameworks, APIs, and runtimes for Mac OS X development. A Microsoft representative earlier this month had pledged that stronger linkage between Bing and the iPhone would be forthcoming shortly.

[ Also on InfoWorld: Bing factored into the recent Microsoft-Yahoo search partnership | Cut straight to the key news for technology development and IT management with our once-a-day summary of the top tech news. Subscribe to the InfoWorld Daily newsletter. ]

"The SDK was designed to remove the headache of manually having to parse XML or JSON in order to communicate with the Bing API," according to the description of the SDK on the Microsoft CodePlex Web site.

Also with the SDK, synchronous and asynchronous queries can be performed and Bing searches made for Web, image, video, news, and phone book results.

The SDK is available under the Microsoft Public License (MS-PL).

Kidnapped woman hidden in CA backyard for 18 years

Kidnapped woman hidden in CA backyard for 18 yearsLACERVILLE, Calif. – A man suspected of snatching an 11-year-old girl and hiding her for nearly two decades in his backyard faced a Friday court appearance, as the woman's family reunited with their daughter and met the two children fathered by her alleged abductor.
Jaycee Lee Dugard, who was 11 when she was abducted from a South Lake Tahoe street in 1991, was kept behind a series of fences, sheds and tents, even giving birth to her suspected abductor's children in the suburban backyard compound less than 200 miles from her childhood home.
She was taken directly to the house and sheltered from the world in a secret, leafy backyard, investigators said Thursday. Her abductor, investigators said, raped her and fathered two children with her, the first when Jaycee was about 14. Those girls, now 11 and 15, also were kept hidden away in the backyard compound behind the Antioch home.
"None of the children have ever been to school, they've never been to a doctor," El Dorado County Undersheriff Fred Kollar said. "They were kept in complete isolation in this compound."
In interviews on NBC, ABC and CBS Friday morning, Dugard's stepfather said the most surprising thing to his wife was that Jaycee looks very young, almost like she did when she taken.
Phillip Garrido, 58, is being held for investigation of various kidnapping and sex charges. Authorities said his 54-year-old wife, Nancy Garrido, was with him during the kidnapping in South Lake Tahoe and she also has been arrested.
Even a parole agent who visited Garrido's home didn't have an inkling about the hidden compound, Kollar said. Garrido is a registered sex offender on federal parole for rape and kidnapping convictions.
"The way the house is set up, the way the backyard is set up, you could walk through the backyard, walk through the house, and never know," Kollar said.
But neighbors said there were clues even before a parole agent on Wednesday noticed Dugard, now 29, who accompanied Garrido, his wife and the children to a parole office.
Neighbor Diane Doty said she could see the tents and often heard children playing in the backyard, the corner of which abuts her own backyard. She said she even suspected the children lived in the tents, but her husband said she should leave the family alone.
"I asked my husband, 'Why is he living in tents?'" she said. "And he said, 'Maybe that is how they like to live.'"
Dugard's stepfather, who witnessed her abduction and was a longtime suspect in the case, said he was overwhelmed by the news after doing everything he could to help find her.
"It broke my marriage up. I've gone through hell, I mean I'm a suspect up until yesterday," a tearful Carl Probyn, 60, told The Associated Press at his home in Orange, Calif.
Carl Probyn told CBS' "Early Show" Friday morning that he spoke to his wife late Thursday after she reunited with Dugard and everyone was "doing great."
"I think they're pretty happy," he said, noting six people were together at the reunion — Jaycee Dugard, her two daughters, her sister, mother and another relative.
Probyn also said Dugard felt terribly guilty for bonding with her captor, and her family felt troubled by learning the facts of how she was forced to live for 18 years.
"He's had her longer than we had her," Probyn said. "We had her for 11 years. He had her for 18," he told ABC.
The case broke after Garrido was spotted Tuesday with two children as he tried to enter the University of California, Berkeley, campus to hand out religious literature. Officers said he was acting suspiciously toward the children. They questioned him and did a background check, determined that he was a parolee and informed his parole officer.
Garrido was ordered to appear for a parole meeting and arrived Wednesday with Dugard, who identified herself as "Allissa," his wife, and two children. During questioning, corrections officials said he admitted to kidnapping Dugard.
Investigators said he did not yet have an attorney.
Dugard was reunited Thursday with her mother as her family learned that their blue-eyed, blonde ponytailed little girl had spent most of her life in captivity. Police said they had no evidence that she had ever reached out to anyone beyond the compound walls.
"She was in good health, but living in a backyard for the past 18 years does take its toll," Kollar said.
The backyard compound had electricity from extension cords and a rudimentary outhouse and shower, "as if you were camping," Kollar said.
Authorities said they do not know if Garrido also abused his daughters, but they are investigating.
Garrido's compound was located in Antioch, a city of 100,000 about 170 miles from the Dugard family home in South Lake Tahoe.
People who knew Garrido said he became increasingly fanatic about his religious beliefs in recent years, sometimes breaking out into song and claiming that God spoke to him through a box.
"In the last couple years he started getting into this strange religious stuff. We kind of felt sorry for him," said Tim Allen, president of East County Glass and Window Inc. in Pittsburg, Calif., who bought business cards and letterhead from Garrido's printing business for the last decade.
Three times in recent years, Garrido arrived at Allen's showroom with two "cute little blond girls" in tow, he said.
In April 2008, Garrido registered a corporation called Gods Desire at his home address, according to the California Secretary of State. During recent visits to the showroom, Garrido would talk about quitting the printing business to preach full time and gave the impression he was setting up a church, Allen said.
"He rambled. It made no sense," he said.
In a blog that appears to have been maintained by Garrido, he wrote that he had hired a private investigator to verify his ability to speak to people using only his mind. In an "affadavit" posted there, he said he had the ability to "control sound with my mind and have developed a device for others to witness this phenomena."
Garrido gave a rambling, sometimes incoherent phone interview to KCRA-TV from the El Dorado County jail Thursday in which he said he had not admitted to a kidnapping and that he had turned his life around since the birth of his first daughter 15 years ago.
"I tell you here's the story of what took place at this house, and you're going to be absolutely impressed. It's a disgusting thing that took place from the end to the beginning. But I turned my life completely around," he said.
In addition to kidnapping allegations, court records showed both Garridos were being held for investigation of rape by force, lewd and lascivious acts with a minor and kidnapping someone under 14 with intent to rape. Phillip Garrido also faces allegations of sexual penetration.
The AP, as a matter of policy, avoids identifying victims of alleged sexual abuse by name in its news reports. However, Dugard's disappearance had been known and reported for nearly two decades, making impossible any effort to shield her identity now.
Garrido has a long rap sheet dating back to the 1970s.
He was convicted of kidnapping a 25-year-old woman whom he snatched from a South Lake Tahoe parking lot, handcuffed, tied down and held in a mini-warehouse in Reno, according to a November 1976 story in the Reno Gazette-Journal.
He also has a conviction for rape by force or fear stemming from the same incident, and was paroled from a Nevada state prison in 1988, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
In 1991, police believe he was trolling for victims in South Lake Tahoe in a Ford Granada when he snatched Dugard from a bus stop outside her home. The case attracted national attention and was featured on TV's "America's Most Wanted," which broadcast a composite drawing of a suspect seen in the car.
Her stepfather said he saw someone reach out and grab her before the car sped away.
"As soon as I saw the door fly open, the driver's door, I jumped on my mountain bike and I tried to get to the top of the hill but I had no energy," Probyn recalled. "I rode back down and yelled at my neighbor, 911!"
Probyn said his wife, from whom he is separated, was devastated by the kidnapping. He said for 10 years after the crime, she would take a week off work at Christmas and on the anniversary of the abduction and spend the time crying at home.
Jaycee Lee Dugard has retained custody of her children and was staying at a Bay area motel, authorities said.

Top 11 Paying and Most Searched Keywords on Google and Yahoo

Top 11 Paying and Most Searched Keywords on Google and Yahoo

If you have a website, write articles, or want to profit through an affiliate program than this is gold to you! These keywords are the actual top 11 on the internet. Use them and you are on your way to increased traffic, profits and results. Here they are and a little about each to help you on your way.

1) Paris Hilton. Whether we like it or not Paris and her wild lifestyle are here to stay as she is now considered one of the biggest stars. She is sought after by almost every fashion designer and her keywords will do well with any fashion or clothing content.

2) Google. Well, this one is obvious as Google is the largest search engine (regardless what Yahoo says). Being that Google is a search engine it can be used in any content, but works best with relation to websites, search engines, computers and software.

3) Yahoo. The second largest search engine and distant second on Pay per Click campaigns – very, very distant at that. The same will work for Yahoo. Stick with computer related material and you will do well.

4) Ebay. The worlds largest marketplace and auction. Ebay, for the most part is a wholesale marketplace. It is ruled by feedback and can give you a good idea as to the real value of a car (check Ebay motors). On Ebay anything goes including people selling tattoo advertising on themselves. In other words, anything can be linked to Ebay in one way or another. Yes, there is even porn on Ebay.

5)Eminem. Yes, the real slim shady is back. According to R and B and rap he never left as he is the number one rapper currently. If you need content on current music or teen and young adult topics Eminem is sure to bring you visitors.

6) Britney Spears. She was the hottest pinup for teens and preteens, but now she is probably pregnant again. I wonder why Kevin Federline didn’t make the list – is it that he isn’t a good singer? Britney is great for adolescent or music related
content.

7) mapquest. Want to know where something is or how to get there. Being that we are getting closer to summer people are plotting out there vacations. Or, maybe, due to increasing gas prices thanks to George Bush, maybe they are figuring that its too far and will cost too much in gas. I bet if Hillary Clinton were President these gas prices wouldn’t be any higher than $1.60 per gallon. These high gas prices have to do with the Bush family and their ties to big oil and energy. See, Mapquest can be linked to just about any content you want if you just try a little.

8) Tsunami. Even though the big one is over. Relief efforts are still in effect and so are the relief efforts for Katrina. Hint – these people still need lots of help. Tsunami is probably a big keyword due to the recent specials on TV about the next possible tsunami that might hit America. People are concerned and interested over these large scale natural disasters. When is the next earthquake going to hit California, will atsunami hit New York, and what will this hurricane season bring?

9) Girls. Yes, of course. There are millions of perverts and closet perverts out there that are a little over-fascinated with girls. As Donald Trump once said, “sex sells.” Yes it does and nothing sells better than women or girls. They can sell anything including the worst items in infomercials and complete scams. A beautiful girl just needs to show a little cleavage and TV ratings soar. Just think what girls can do for your content.

10) American Idol. This is the top rated TV show and its in its 5th or 6th season. It has launched one star – Kelly Clarkson and a bunch of duds. Randy, Paula and simon have now become household names along with Ryan Seacrest. Any content you can tie into the current cast will do well. The previous casts should be avoided as they will soon go back to karaoke and such at local bars.

11) Skin care and skin treatment. This has always been a big one with women. It has been rumored that women will go without food before they will go without makeup and such. Just ask any department store how important skin care and skin treatment products are to their bottem line. Watch Shop NBC – almost every product on there has something to do with skin care and skin treatment for women. There are a wide variety of topics you can easily talk about here from the latest in laser therapy at dermatology offices and at home TCA skin peels for treating acne and wrinkles. Acne is and always will be a big topic as will wrinkles and their respective treatments. For more info on at home TCA skin peels please see the link below.
